As everyone has their own unique challenges, from complex trauma to generalized anxiety, therapy is about bringing feelings of trust in yourself towards unburdening unwanted often debilitating emotions. These emotions may be anger, sadness, stress, grief, shame and the hundreds of other emotions that burden us. Mark’s work focuses on bringing you to a place of calm, connectedness and confidence. Mark does this by training you self leadership in unburdening your unhelpful emotions using the skills of Relaxation, Mindfulness, EMDR, IFS, CBT and Motivational coaching.
Sessions are generally 50 minutes – to book a session please contact Mark to arrange a time and format that works for you.
One session is $160
Medicare rebates with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) are based on the time for a session – generally for a 50 minute session the rebate is $77.80
Concessions for Pensioners, Students and concession card holders. $100 and with a MHCP $22.20 out of pocket.
Sessions can be via Zoom, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams Meeting
or
in person at 22 Alma road St Kilda 3182 (off St Kilda Road) – Off Street Parking, enter from Alma Road (opposite the Service Station)
